- My check was cashed in early December and I still haven't seen anything. When
- I found out about the bug that prevents the WB from answering FAX vs Data
- I tried to cancel and get a refund... they told me I would have to wait
- until I got the upgrade and then return it. They are apparently unable
- to keep track of their own shipping list.
