- my opinion is: if you want to leave the modem unattended, by all means
- do not get this modem. ours constantly gets hung in a strange state
- that can only be fixed by power-cycling. if you are going to use it
- for dialing out and don't mind a sometimes finicky v.32bis modem
- (although cheap), then it may be ok.
