- I have three of these ATT6300 and run them with V30 CPUs. A nice feature
- is that you can stick a 16550 AFN UART right onto the motherboard. And
- yes, even a socket for a 8530 UART is provided.

- Using them with a Scout+ modem, either internal or external results in
- transfer rates of about 1620 cps for compressed files using Zmodem and
- about 1670 cps with Ymodem-G. Often I just use a 8250 UART and 38400 bps
- since this is more sensitive to bad lines and CRC error prone and is
- thus more useful for testing. For solid connections you might prefer the
- 16550AFN and 57600 bps, though.

- Top speed with this 8 MHz machine is with HSLINK in both directions

- downloading at the same time at 1600 cps for a full duplex
