  11. I am thinking of buying either a Practical Peripherals 
  12. PM14400FXPKT from S&W at 212-463-8330 ($365) or a
  13. Multi-Tech MT1432Mu from Direct of New England ($460).  Anybody
  14. have bad experiences I should hear about with either modem or either
  15. retailer?
