- doesn't cisco IGS stand for Integrated Gateway System.

- Damn Yankees ;-) (note smiley... no offence intended!) seem to use
- both 'gateway' and 'router' to mean a box that works at the network layer.
- We Europeans are probably even less consistent as the same box is also
- called an 'intermediate system' (most notably with respect to ISO)
