- I am looking for papers which address the problem of the removal (or
- reduction) of the number of temporary tables created during the
- computation of an answer of a query against a view.
-
- Of particular interest is the determination of what class of
- query requires a temporary table, and whether any algorithms
- exist which will avoid temporary tables for a wider class of
- queries/views.
-
- Any help would be greatly appreciated.
