- I have been using the Foxreport label/report generator to try to make
- three column labels. Unfortunately or inevitably(?) I have run into two
- problems.
- Maybe somebody out there can help me:
-
- 1) When I use the ";" symbol to cocatenate fields togethers and to skip
- blank fields, the data skews. In this database I have some two field
- and some one field addresses, the ";" symbol avoids printing a blank
- line yet across the sheet the first lines(Names) begin on different
- lines.
-
- Example: Joe Smith
- 123 Smith Street Jim Jones
- Univ of XYZ 234 Jones Way
- XYZ, NY 12343 Jonestwn, CA 12344
-
- 2) The second problem with the report writer is how to set the outside
- margins below .4127 inches. When I try to create a three column label
- for laser label forms, each column skews with the each other.
-
- I have run too many times to the laser printing trying to solve these
- problems.
