  10. Thanks to all those who replied to my rather long request for advice.

  12. The quick summary for those interested I can only really give as a list
  13. of all the mentioned packages. Some may be DBMS packages and others may be 
  14. related software that was suggested. There was no concensus of opinion and
  15. everyone suggested different things. The size of opinion was about 8 replies.
