  13. I am interested in work on fault-tolerant distributed object 
  14. storage systems. By this I mean systems that provide persistent storage
  15. for data in the form of objects, distributed over a LAN, with some 
  16. ability to tolerate hardware or software failures.  
  17. Information about relevant research efforts, literature,
  18. or existing systems would be greatly appreciated.
