  23. But seriously, as many other people have noted, ARJ does not exist
  24. outside of MS-DOS and it is therefore essentially useless as an ftp-
  25. site utility.  Zip exists on many platforms, UnZip on even more, and
  26. still more are currently in the works.

  28. Btw, they're freeware, not public domain.  Big distinction, at least
  29. in the US.
