  21. Seems that you have not followed the events closely. It is not the
  22. moderator of WUARCHIVE to blame. It was somebody who has downloaded
  23. the file from there and has used an old version of NAV. This person
  24. spreaded the rumor, not the moderator of WUARCHIVE. The only problem
  25. with WUARCHIVE is that it provides a directory that is both world
  26. readable and world writable - this is certain to cause problems one
  27. day...
