  33. I've ben told that PKWare did get a license or exception for PKZIP but
  34. it still cannot be exported to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, the
  35. police or military of South Africa, Syria and Vietnam.

  37. This may mean that FTP sites in the USA and Canada will not be able
  38. to offer the non-export version because there is a chance that persons
  39. on the "restricted list" shown above could access the file.
