  32. It is up to the uploader to provide the descriptive subject headers.
  33. I have tried to make that very clear in our upload instructions.
  34. Thus your "gripe" is with the uploader, not with me.

  36. I understand and appreciate your concern, but if the gentle users
  37. wish to have commercial quality services from Garbo, let's start
  38. discussing about payments for these services!  Fair enough?

  40. Since this is of general interest, I'll forward my reply to
  41. comp.archives.msdos.d in the hope that the uploaders could draw
  42. their own conclusions about the subject headers.
