- I just ftp'ed pkz204c.exe from garbo. What is garbo's policy concerning
- making this type of software available internationally?

- Yes, I know garbo is in Finland and not subject to US laws but I'm just
- wondering if they have any policy of following US restriction on exports
- of encryptation or not.
