  28. I just ftp'ed pkz204c.exe from garbo.  What is garbo's policy concerning
  29. making this type of software available internationally?

  31. Yes, I know garbo is in Finland and not subject to US laws but I'm just
  32. wondering if they have any policy of following US restriction on exports
  33. of encryptation or not.
