- I was admittedly unexact in my posting. With "UN*X Operating System"
- I meant the UN*X Operating Environment (from awk to zcat), supported
- by a stable multitasking kernel. After all, it's not the core technology
- that counts. But I definitely *need* to have a C-Compiler on a computer,
- otherwise it wouldn't be a "work station" but a "fiddle place" or equiv.
- Or do you enjoy writing terminal emulators in Snobol :-) ?

- BTW, since M$ is trying to spread Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt in the
- industry with NT, how about calling an R4000 or Alpha-computer running NT
- a FUDstation?
