  11. Yes, I know I'm a moron for even asking this, but that aside, could anyone
  12. point me in the direction of prior research regarding neural-nets and
  13. betting on horses (or just betting generally)? It seems like enough data
  14. is available to train a network to intelligently pick enough winners so that
  15. one would come out ahead (over the long haul).
