- Yes, I know I'm a moron for even asking this, but that aside, could anyone
- point me in the direction of prior research regarding neural-nets and
- betting on horses (or just betting generally)? It seems like enough data
- is available to train a network to intelligently pick enough winners so that
- one would come out ahead (over the long haul).
