  29. You took what Mr. LeSatz said out of context, and your answer indicates that
  30. you missed his point. He was saying (I think) that if the purpose of laws 
  31. Amendment 2 bans is to provide economic "equality" between heterosexuals and
  32. homosexuals, then turnabout is fair play and the preposterous scenario he
  33. described (laws reducing the number of gays in high positions) is justified,
  34. in light the "fact" that average income for gays is higher than for straights.
