  13. We are currently running 6.07 under VM/CMS (CMS level 5). We are in the
  14. process a replacing one of our CPUs. When we do this we will be going
  15. to VM/ESA, the system people are checking into what release level, I don't
  16. know if it will be 7 or 8. Another site has told me that they are having
  17. trouble with 6.07 running under VM/ESA level 8 when 6.07 is in shared
  18. segments. It appears to produce all of its output correctly, but abends
  19. during close processing before it can return successfully to the CMS ready.
  20. They do not have problems at the release level 7. We will want to run as
  21. shared segments. Can anyone give me more information on this? Is there
  22. a zap for this problem? Any and all information might help us with our
  23. near future upgrade.
