  12. 2nd question today: different user.  Is it possible to restrict parameter
  13. estimates vis a vis PROC REG  when using PROC AUTOREG ?  Is this reasonable
  14. (my question) ?  Can you accomplish this using proc reg as a preliminary step,
  15. passing the predicated values to autoreg ?
