  13. I've been thinking about the budget cuts affecting my university,
  14. and I've concluded that the administration needs to calculate how
  15. many faculty members they can pay and then determine a reasonable
  16. course load and then cut off admission once the student-faculty
  17. ratio is met.  Continuing to admit students when the university
  18. can no longer provide a "quality" education by competent faculty
