  10. Is there any document which lists the steps/procedure that are to be 
  11. followed so that an organization can become a member of the INTERNET??? 
  12. If so is the document available at an ftp site so that it can be 
  13. downloaded ?

  15. We are a small organization primarly dealing with LAN and WAN connectivity 
  16. and are interested on becoming a node on the internet with our own node 
  17. address. We are looking for the procedure that need to be followed to do 
  18. so or the authorities that need to be contacted. Any help or leads in this 
  19. regard would be very much appreciated. You can reply to this account (a
