  11. We have 3 7171s and except for 1 warranty problem with a switch and a
  12. bizarre series where ibm replace cards and then removed all of them and
  13. the box worked again as magically as it broke we have had no service and
  14. save over $27k. A recent maintenance bid got a price of $62/mo. from non
  15. IBM and $23x from IBM.
