- It seems to me that the very limited exchange we have had on this
- list concerning mandated assessment in higher ed has moved too quickly
- from assertions that states are mandating something (New YHork, Virginia)
- to offers to assist with technical details of implementation (it can
- be painless if you do it right). I'd like to stay with the policy\
- discussion for a bit. Peg Miller mentioned a mandate in Virginia.
