  13. Recently a reminder notice for the CSLG Semiannual reports was sent
  14. which included a report template and updated value chart. There were
  15. 2 value charts within the memo, one dated January 92 and the other
  16. dated December 92. Please use the December 92 value chart when
  17. submitting your reports. The January 92 value chart should not
  18. have been included in the memo.
