  12. The 12/22 email reminder and template for ESL/CSLG semi-annual reports includes
  13. 2 "value charts" to use to report actual and potential value of the Program.
  14. One list is dated January 1992-the other dated December1992. I am assuming we
  15. should use the value in the December 1992 chart (because of proximity of date)
  16. but I don't understand why two charts were distributed and fear that I am
  17. supposed to use both (six mos. at one value and six months at another) but that
  18. seems pretty silly. Thanks for a clearer vision!
