  30. The people certainly know the difference between a spanish station and
  31. an english rock station, however, the auditors who read the diaries may
  32. have made a mistake.  This could probably be proven by looking at other
  33. diary entries and seeing if the listener is an english speaker or a 
  34. spanish speaker.

  36. It sounds like a horrible mistake on the part of the ratings people.
