- If you listen to Jesse Helms then it's yes. But remember that Infinity now
- owns *2* stations in Boston. So Howard may actually end up on Infinity's
- other station which was not covered by that agreement.

- Hopefully,Infinity's lawyers are hard at work to find a loophole in that
- agreement that would allow them to put Howard on the air in Boston and
- Atalnta. I'm very surprised the way Infinity, which has a strong
- reputation of opposing any form censorship,let themselves be
- manipulated and suckered into this crap by right-wing Helms.
