  12. Does anyone know if the agreement if final between INFINITY and
  13. the FCC in regards to their new stations in Atlanta and Boston
  14. broadcasting the Stern Show, this is in regard to the provision 
  15. that the FCC imposed that INFINITY could only purchase these stations
  16. if they did not broadcast the Howard Stern Radio Show, thanks,
