  35. If you are not connected to the internet, declare yourself a
  36. primary server for the root domain and put SOA and NS records
  37. for the root in the zone for the root.  I have never tried
  38. this, but I think the server is returning server failure
  39. (DOMAIN/LOOKUP will tell you the status if you use /FULL
  40. on the LOOKUP command) because it cannot contact the
  41. root servers.
