  13. If you are not connected to the internet, declare yourself a
  14. primary server for the root domain and put SOA and NS records
  15. for the root in the zone for the root.  I have never tried
  16. this, but I think the server is returning server failure
  17. (DOMAIN/LOOKUP will tell you the status if you use /FULL
  18. on the LOOKUP command) because it cannot contact the
  19. root servers.
