  16. We had this problem when the WP setup files were placed on a network
  17. drive. The problem went away when we moved the setup file to the local
  18. drive instead. This was with WP configured as a network version.
  19. Apparently, WP must be doing a lot of opening and closing of that file
  20. when it is saving the setup. That is the only thing that I can think
  21. of that would cause it to be so slow in coming back. It finish after
  22. 5-15 min.
