  18.  How can we grant the File Access to selected Users (ACL) via NET ATTRIB
  19.  under PATHWORKS?

  22.  -PATHWORKS V4.1-1A, runing on VAX 3100 as File- and Disk-Server.
  23.  -DOS V5.0/Windows V3.1, runing on several 386 and 486 Processors.
  24.  -VMS V5.5-1

  26. Done:
  27.  -VMS: The ID SYSMGR granted to Users U1,U2,U3 by RUN AUTHORIZE
  28.        All Pathworks Users belong to the same Group [pcfs,*]. Their
  29.        Directory and File Protection are default, set by PCSA_MANAGER.

  31.  -DOS: Set the RMS-Protection for PATHWORKS User by:
  32.        USE ?:\\SERVER\USERDIR%U1 PASSWORD
  33.        NET ATTRIB x:\*.* /PROT=(S:RWED,O:RWED,G:,W:)/DEFAULT causes
  34.                         "Invalid File Format"
  35.        NET ATTRIB x:\A*.* /PROT=(S:RWED,O:RWED,G:,W:)/DEFAULT works
  36.  
  37.        Grant ACL File Access to Selected Users (Group with ID=SYSMGR):
  38.        NET ATTRIB x:\a*.* SYSMGR /ACCESS=READ+WRITE causes
  39.                         "Invalid Identifier"

  42.        dated August 1991, Software Version PATHWORKS FOR DOS 4.1, pp 1-68.
