- Maybe it's just as well. The way I heard it, France is already reaching
- the point where the costs are becoming dominated by uranium ore
- recovery, as it gets rarer & rarer. And they've had nukes for what,
- 15 years? That's pretty short, especially considering all the other
- high-tech-costs in reactor operations.
