  28. Maybe it's just as well.  The way I heard it, France is already reaching
  29. the point where the costs are becoming dominated by uranium ore
  30. recovery, as it gets rarer & rarer.  And they've had nukes for what,
  31. 15 years?  That's pretty short, especially considering all the other
  32. high-tech-costs in reactor operations.
