- I do recall her making quite a point of this. I also speculate
- that such hatred is an integral part of the perceived distortions
- of political news by the press. CW says that the press is
- prejudiced toward liberalism, probably true. But I wonder if a
- bigger factor is that press people perceive that they are not
- genuine actors on our worldly stage, and they hate those who are
- capable of actually accomplishing something of substance. We
- will soon see the press persecute Clinton, especially if he is
- successful at anything.
