  13. From what I understand, Checkout Channel is a free service provided by 
  14. CNN/Turner broadcasting.  It is ITC on Ku (though I can't remember where).
  15. Consider it to be public domain TV.  It has a few of the food/fashon/weather
  16. highlight from CNN/HN and LOTS of ads.  I am pretty sure it runs on the 
  17. same concept as Airport Channel (basically a service to the patrons).
