  14. I am considering buying a new/used satellite dish to receive some
  15. speciality telecasts from UK. I have been reading this group for
  16. some time and could not make a lot of sense about the jargon used.
  17. Can some kind soul guide me to:
  18. Where to start? 
  19. What kind of dishes are out there? 
  20. What are the basic differences?
  21. Some price-performance information.
  22. Installation - Can it be done with a little pain by anyone or 
  23. some professional help is a must.
  24. Where to look for used systems; what to look for in used system?
  25. Any magazines/books/catalogues to get familiar?
  26. How important is the size of dish vs the quality of the receiver?

  28. If I decide to go for professional, who will you recomend?
  29. How much should I expect to pay for everything for a decent system and
  30. installation. I don't want to be ripped off.
