  42. Noise?  Pulses?  Hiss as if no signal present, or muted.  Blue screen?  Data
  43. insufficient to process problem.

  45. If noise and pulses, then TI.  If black screen, receiver at fault.  If red
  46. sky in morning, sailor take warning.

  55. If you have a 40 or so (that is what I consider "nothing special") that will
  56. explain your noisy audio on KLON.
