- No joke! The cable people as a whole don't understand anything but $$$.
- Our local cable system (TCI) has had signal problems for quite a while and
- the problem seems to not only be with the satellite they choose but with the
- whole delivery system. The cable backbone and drops need to be re done
- city wide.

- It seems in my case that being vocal and writing letters just gets you on
- a black list - they disconnected my service with my bill one month behind.
- I have been a good customer for 15 years now.

- My primary complaint was the "new" method of scrambling - pulse signal
- insertion and line filter back out. The signal quality was poor and
- I didn't like paying premium service prices for poor quality.

- Needless to say - we parted company with TCI and havn't looked back.
