  12.  First, Oak is NOT being turned off in Canada. How do I know?? I work
  13. for the company that is using that system to scramble the signals.
  14.  Second, in a few more months, another signal will be scrambled using
  15. the same encryption system.
  16.  Third, VC2+ is expensive up here.
