  31. I don't have a problem with this laserdisc either.  But, I use phantom center.
  32. Is the original poster using a real center speaker?  If so, is that center
  33. speaker of equal quality to the left and right channel speakers and is the amp
  34. the same power as the left and right channel amps?  If the answer to the first
  35. question is yes and the answer to the second question is no, then that is the
  36. problem.  If the center channel amp and speaker are inferior to the left/right
  37. channel, then the center channel audio will be poor.

  39. I don't have room for a center speaker, nor do I have an amp to drive it.  But,
  40. because of where I sit, phantom mode works perfectly.  I suggest trying phantom
  41. mode to see if it makes a difference to the center channel audio quality.
