- Hi all, Happy Holidays!
- I'll try to make this short. I presently have a small, part time
- video production company. I presently do the entry level stuff,
- (weddings, annivs, ect.) but I would like to bump up a step into
- broadcast and business video. My goal is to be full time at some
- point, but one step at a time. My present system consists of two JVC
- 6700U's, A GE CG-9825 SVHS camcorder, and an Amiga 500. What I want to
- move up to is an Amiga 4000. Funds are very limited so I'm forced to
- be very carefull in what I get. My questions are;
- 1. Will a GVP G-Lock give me a broadcast quality output?
- 2. Will a DPS TBC I, II, or III also give me a Broadcast output?
- 3. If anyone uses the DPS TBC, can you tell me if it has an SVHS out?
- 4. Do you run the output from the genlock back into the TBC and then
- out to the recording VCR?
-
- I know the term broadcast quality gets bandied about as carelessly
- as the term "I love you", So going by ad decription hasn't helped me
- much. This is probably a less than desirable method to build a full
- time production company, but it's what I have to do and I fully well
- expect to succeed or get stomped trying. Any help anyone can provide
- will be GREATLY appreciated! Thank you in advance.
