  19. Here's my recommendation.  If there isn't one, start one.  And echo it over 
  20. the FidoNet so that access centers that don't have the ability to use the 
  21. Internet can use it.  I'm about to suggest this to Andrew Blau who is the 
  22. current NFLCP/ACM chair and works for EFF.  Any support I can get for this 
  23. idea would be welcome.  Send notes of encouragement to Andrew at 
  24. "BLAU@EFF.ORG" and thanks.
