  12. The Economist is rather dubious about the European Air DeRegulation
  13. leading to the same results as the U.S. At least 10 of the major
  14. carriers are part or totally state owned and are likely to be 
  15. protected for national reasons.
  16. The lower prices could be a disproof of course.
