- When I last stopped by (a few weeks ago) there was no indication that there
- were any plans to rebuild the trestle/loop.
-
- I'd hate to think that Santa Cruz county has gotten so bad that they would
- block rebuilding. (I live in Santa Cruz within hearing range of the Roaring
- camp whistles.)
-
- If Santa Cruz county were as truly environmental as it claims, it would
- force those !&$!~!-awful sand trucks off of highway 17 and onto the back of
- an SP train and send them all via Watsonville and Gilroy.
