  25.      Not too long ago I ran some kids out of our carport that were jumping
  26. in and out of my pickup.  If one of them had been seriously injured, his
  27. parents would have sued us.  What recourse would we have, other than saying
  28. that we were sorry we did not provide adequate supervision while they were
  29. trespassing on our property?
