  13. Is there a good program in english
  14. or french on shortwave, audiable in North America, which provides 
  15. coverage of news in Latin America? I have friends in Colombia
  16. and wouild appreciate more news of events in that country.

  18. So far the best news I have found in English or French comes from
  19. Spanish National Radio at 0000, 0100 or 0500 utc om 9.530. 
  20. Although *Monitoring Times* reports Radio Nacional from Colombia with
  21. ocassional English at 2330 on 11.822.5, I have never successfully 
  22. located this station.
