  19. You bet they will appeal. For that kind of money, I would want to see
  20. evidence of real harm (like someone's life ruined, at least),
  21. preferably in court. ABC's Nightline showed and spoke the lines for which
  22. Stern got in trouble. Incredibly bad taste, for sure. But if that
  23. is what this is all about, we have real problems with the intent
  24. and purpose of the FCC.
