- You bet they will appeal. For that kind of money, I would want to see
- evidence of real harm (like someone's life ruined, at least),
- preferably in court. ABC's Nightline showed and spoke the lines for which
- Stern got in trouble. Incredibly bad taste, for sure. But if that
- is what this is all about, we have real problems with the intent
- and purpose of the FCC.
