  13. I know this has probably been asked before but I have not seen anything
  14. on it and I checked the FAQ info and could not find anything so here goes:

  16. What are the best places to send color film for C-41 developing and printing?
  17. By best I mean good quality at good prices.  For important stuff I use a
  18. local photo shop that does excellent work for a premium price.  What I am
  19. looking for is a shop that does a good job, uses good paper (Kodak, anyway),
  20. and is reasonably priced.
