- A friend of mine tells me that there are little machines
- photojournalists use to do developing of negatives on-the-spot
- (something like the Polachrome machines, I think). I have no idea if
- it's colour or not.

- This would be great---can you find out more about it? The only
- automated way I know of to develop film short of a minilab is
- with a high end Jobo or similar. I could see spending a few hundred
- $ for a mostly-automatic developing machine, but not kilobucks.
