- The 8008 doesn't have any nonvolatile memory. If you left the
- batteries out long enough for any internal capacitors to discharge
- then put them back, that should have totally reset the camera.
- If it still came up wedged, the batteries may have leaked some
- crap onto the camera electronics and you need a serious repair :-(

- When I do any important shooting, I take an FM2 along with my 8008.
- That way, if one of them breaks, I still have the FM2...
